For working professionals specifically — PGPM vs Online MBA
MDI Gurugram PGPM-Executive (₹10–12L, weekend format, NIRF #9, AMBA accredited) is the strongest PGPM option for working professionals. It doesn't require leaving your job. However at ₹10–12L it's 7–10x the cost of an online MBA from Manipal/Amrita. The brand premium is real but should be weighed against the cost: MDI PGPM-Executive graduates get immediate recognition in Delhi NCR for senior roles at ₹15–25L+ target CTCs.
Online MBA from Manipal MUJ or Amrita (₹1.35L) is better if: you need a UGC degree (not just a diploma), budget is under ₹3L, Canada PR is a goal, or you want degree validity for government/PSU applications.
